How can I make a purchase?

Our drops tend to sell out quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Zip, and Afterpay.

Additionally, we offer accelerated checkout options through Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for a seamless shopping experience.

What are your shipping costs?

I've entered the wrong details, what should I do?

If you have provided incorrect details and your order has not been shipped yet, don't worry.

Contact our customer service team at puntrodeapparel@gmail.com as soon as possible to update your shipping address, name, or item details.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping and tracking details.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your junk email folder.

If the emails are not there, kindly email us with your order number to have them re-sent.

My order is incorrect, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect item or size, please contact our customer service team at puntrodeapparel@gmail.com.

We will strive to exchange it free of charge for the correct item or size, subject to availability.

I want to exchange/return a product, what should I do?

We understand that sometimes expectations don't align with reality when shopping online.

Unfortunately, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds unless the items are damaged upon delivery.

While exchanges may be available within 14 days of receiving your item, they are not guaranteed.

Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance with exchanges or returns.
